Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Trouvé Media, Inc.

Trouvé Media is a High Octane, Fun startup focused on Lead Generation across many different verticals. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing and executing methodologies for managing and measuring quality for Trouvé Media's varied suite of Product offerings.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a great communicator, with lots of passion and energy for developing Quality Products.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Very well organized, methodical and paying close attention to detail.
A minimum of 4 years as Quality assurance Analyst/Engineer.
A strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data to present findings, to make recommendations and to produce actionable next steps.
Ability to manage and understand the implications of data quality and the cost and benefits of data quality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience & Qualifications:

Develop and maintain detailed test plans for quality measurement.
Ability to generate reports and analysis of test data to enhance Product and Engineering quality.
Able to interpret findings and effectively communicate results to internal stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Provide management and thought leadership to develop quantitative methods and models.
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is required for this role.
A degree in computer science or computer applications is preferred.

Compensation is based upon experience and will include a generous bonus plan based upon your performance. Trouve is located in Burlingame, CA and offers generous health, dental, chiropractor, acupuncture and 401k plans to all employees.
